Brentwood Lifestyle Photo Sessions are my favorite type of session!!
We capture the real moments (even if they are guided and directed a little bit my me)! I make sure each moment is an authentic representation of who your family is when the camera isn’t in your face. During lifestyle sessions we are able to capture those true candid moments, without having to force it. Whether my clients are hanging out in their backyard or reading books in bed, it makes for beautiful memories. It’s the sweetest type of session because each image is so full of love.
So hanging out with the Jones’ Family on Sunday morning to take photos in their home was so much fun! First, we started off by decorating cookies, the cutest cookies I might add. I told them not to worry about the mess, the more flour on the table the better! We of course had to sample of few of those cookies because why not?!! The girls did a fabulous job making such cute little cookies and I love that Mom and Dad joined in on the fun.
After the cookie decorating was done and our tummies were full, I asked Macie and Madelyn to show me their piano skills. My goodness both girls played so beautifully. Next, their dad, Ryan, jumped in and helped them with a few notes (is that even the right term in piano?!). As Kristle enjoyed a cup of tea with their sweet puppy girl Sophia. Then, we headed into the backyard which is like Joanna Gaines designed it herself! If you want to see a Pinterest worthy backyard you must follow Kristle’s Pinterest account. This girl knows how to decorate!!
Certainly, my trip up to Northern California was quick and full of portrait sessions I am so thankful I got to spend the morning with the Jones Family. Their home was beautiful and their family was so full of love!! I can’t wait till we do another family lifestyle session in their new home down in Southern California!!
